Football Mural In India For Man City
The 2018-2019 Premier League season was won by Manchester City spectacularly. The team has a huge fan base in India. As a gesture of love and gratitude, they decided to share the happiness by presenting a photomosaic of a football mural to a select group of fans from across the country.
Football Excites, Football Mural Over Excites
India On Track has been partnering Man City in arranging different activities in India. They got in touch with us to help them design an 8×8 artwork that would make a photomosaic of gift boxes. The Manchester City team picture was customized with compositional elements representing India.
We got the master portrait artist, Afzan fly down to Delhi to make this idea a reality. In two days, the artist hand-painted each and every portrait. This exquisite piece of art includes Kevin De Bruyne, Kun Aguero and Raheem Sterling among others. The mural incarnated the game’s spirit and passion.
The entire project was thrilling. We were looking forward to seeing the final video. The idea was to get the mural to bind together dozens of stories, reminisced about the game, the excellence of the players, and the audience’s loud cheers and applause.
The big day arrived, and the gifts were delivered to the fans. They had not anticipated such an expression of affection. They felt like they were on top of the world.
A lively video showcasing the process of making the mural and the delightful faces, overwhelming emotions of the fans while opening the gifts summed up the entire feeling.
